Syris manufactures precision sheet metal assemblies for HP Indigo, producing mobile structural base platforms that support key mechanical modules within HP Indigo's digital printing equipment.

The base features a precision-fabricated worktable platform, combined with an integrated roller/feed mechanism mounted on precision linear guide rails, enabling smooth and accurate material handling during the printing process. The mechanism is supported by an aluminum extrusion frame with precisely positioned mounting slots, allowing accurate alignment and adjustment of the roller assembly.

The entire unit is mounted on a heavy-duty mobile cart structure, welded from robust steel tubing with a durable black finish, and equipped with multiple lockable caster wheels for stable positioning and convenient mobility around the production floor. A reinforced cross-brace design ensures the structure maintains rigidity and stability even when loaded with heavy printing components.
