Syris Precision Machining & Assembly – Electrical/Mechanical Module

Syris provides precision CNC machining and full mechanical assembly for this high-precision electrical/mechanical module, combining accurately machined tooling plates, guided motion components, and integrated electrical/pneumatic connections into a complete, ready-to-integrate assembly.

The module is built with precision-machined multi-layer plates, mounted on hardened guide posts and bushings for accurate, repeatable vertical alignment between the upper and lower assemblies. Multiple precision-machined mounting blocks and inserts are integrated into the plate assembly, supporting exact positioning of internal components with tight tolerances.

The unit is equipped with an integrated stepper/servo motor drive on one side, connected via a timing pulley system for precise motion control, along with routed pneumatic tubing and electrical wiring for full system connectivity. A rear-mounted junction bracket organizes cable connections for streamlined integration into the larger equipment system.
