Syris delivers complete precision full-machine assembly for automated testing equipment, combining structural fabrication, precision mechanical integration, pneumatic/electrical systems, and control automation into a single production-ready unit.

The equipment is built on a precision aluminum extrusion frame with a durable enclosure, providing structural rigidity while allowing full visibility and safe access through transparent safety guarding on both sides. The control panel is equipped with a touchscreen HMI, multiple status indicator lights, and control switches for intuitive operator interaction, along with an emergency stop button and a rotary power switch for safe operation.

At the core of the system is a precision pneumatic actuation module with a vertically mounted cylinder driving a custom-designed testing/fixturing jig, allowing accurate and repeatable positioning of components during the testing process. The lower base houses internal control and power components, finished with a robust black enclosure for durability and a clean industrial appearance.
